- You have accessed or viewed no more than 3 premium (locked) stories in total.
- You have not downloaded any PDF files or offline materials (if provided).

We provide the first 3 modules of every story as a deep preview; please review these free sections to ensure our style meets your family’s needs before purchasing.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please email us at [support@lumenstories.com] with your order number and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
5. Subscription Cancellations
For monthly or yearly membership plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the content until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
